ALL CLASSES CURRENTLY TAKE PLACE ONLINE
The International School of Languages currently provides adult group classes to learn a variety of different world languages.
Our language programs combine a diversity of teaching techniques that focus on a communicative approach and provide students with the necessary skills and concepts to feel comfortable to speak and understand others in a foreign language environment. Our programs offer the perfect mix of grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking and vocabulary to help our students understand and perfect their use of the language. Our program frequently gives an opportunity to our students to learn about different cultures and traditions of the foreign countries in particular.
Our teaching materials have been carefully selected, are easy to use, and offer a solid didactic sequence for our students to use in class and at home.
All our programs are taught by experienced teachers of the foreign language with an educational background and at least one year of experience. All instructors are fun and energetic and take very seriously the students’ goals and commitments.
Our classes are small, between 2 and 6 students, which gives us the opportunity to work in a more personable way with each student in the class to make sure everybody is making progress and have consistency on their knowledge of the foreign language.
Our classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Sessions are ongoing and students may join at any time as long as their proficiency level meets the level of the class. Their payment will be prorated for the classes missed at the point they enroll.
If students miss a class, make-up classes can be arranged for a discounted private lesson rate. This discounted rate is provided only to students enrolled in a group adult class, and for the sole purpose of making up for a missed class.
